Aquatica Water Park and Resorts
Aquatica (75000 sq ft or 17 acres) is a water theme park located in Kochpukur, Kolkata. It is owned and run by Vishal Jal Private Limited which was established in 1999. It is one of the largest water amusement parks in Kolkata and Eastern India where children and youth come for summer vacations for fun and adults for leisure or leisure. Recently another theme park, Wet-O-Wild, has been built here, Nikko Park, near Salt Lake.
Aquatica is located in Kochpukur, Kolkata, near Thakdari (Rajarhat) and New Town (Action Area-1). This property is 11 miles from City Market, 4.3 miles from Krishnapur Bus Stand, 12 miles from Howrah Railway Station, and 9.3 miles from Netaji Subhash Chandra International Airport. Dum Dum metro station is the nearest metro station. Which is well connected to Howrah station by public transport bus (12C/2).
The bus passes through Ultadanga, takes a U-turn along VIP Road to Baguiati Jora Temple, and reaches Box Bridge (New Town) passing through Kestopur Bazaar. There is a regular auto service from Box Bridge to Aquatica with a number of taxis to get to. Many taxi drivers also wait for passengers to return. While going to Aquatica, some taxi drivers also ask for extra rupees. There are mainly two routes from Box Bridge – one can be reached by crossing the canal road, and the other can be reached by entering Narkel Bagan.

Niagara Falls: This is such a waterfall that gives you the experience of bathing under the running water of one. It feels like natural, cool, fresh water falling on your shoulders from a height of sixty-five feet. The feeling is purely refreshing.
Pendulum: This is one of the most thrilling rides in Aquatica. Before coming to the final stop, riders have to shoot up and down like a pendulum in the shape of a wide ‘V’. This is one of the fastest rides in Aquatica.
